Return & Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped FAST from our Michigan office via UPS. Orders can be cancelled BEFORE they ship but no orders can be cancelled after shipping.

Refund Policy

At ResilientMobile, we strive to provide high-quality radio equipment and accessories to meet your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and manuals, within 30 days from shipment receipt. Refunds are available for defective or damaged items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Damaged radios that are returned within the 30 day satisfaction guarantee.
  • No refunds for over 30 days from shipment receipt

Return Process

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@resilientmobile.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Return Authorization: You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  • Ship the Product: Return the item in its original packaging to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or an error was made on our part.
  • Inspection: Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Restocking Fee Policy

A restocking fee of 30% will apply to all returned items. This fee helps cover the costs associated with inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products. The restocking fee does not apply to products that are defective or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong product was received.

Refund Processing

  • After approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of product defect or our error.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method.
