    We are an American company, located in Michigan! The parts are sourced from Asia, and all radios are programmed and shipped from Michigan.

  • When will my order ship?

    Shipping takes just a few days. The programming service is a manual process. All orders are shipped very fast via UPS!

  • What is your return policy?

  • Is there a monthly fee?

    No! There is no monthly fee or contracts ever. After the first year, there is a $50/year fee per radio for cellular service ($100/year for international use).

  • What's included?

    The radio, battery, charger, belt clip, programming, and one year of service. Additional years cost $50 per radio (per year).

  • Can I talk from one state to another?

    Yes! You can communicate nationwide with no delay or restrictions.

  • What's the range?

    Nationwide coverage with crystal-clear communication.

  • Is a license required?

    No license is required to use our radios.

  • How does it work?

    We partner with major data networks to provide secure, encrypted communication without monthly fees. Our technology uses every LTE network for unparalleled coverage.

  • Is there international/global coverage?

  • Will this work in an area with no cellular coverage?

    Our radios utilize all carriers and different technologies to maximize coverage, often outperforming cell phones.

  • Do you support earbuds/headsets?

    Yes, you can connect accessories using the standard Kenwood connection port. Browse compatible accessories

  • Are they private?

    Yes, our radios use 256-bit AES encryption for secure communications. No data is stored or tracked.

  • How is this different than a cell phone?

    Our radios provide instant communication, are not public, and utilize all major carriers for redundancy and coverage. They are also more reliable during disasters.

  • How do the groups work?

    You can create private talk groups or 1-on-1 communications. Groups can include any number of users and are fully private.

  • Is there a warranty?

    All radios come with a 12-month parts warranty backed by our West Michigan-based business.

  • Will it work on cruise ships?

    Most major cruise lines offer LTE repeaters, so our radios will work in those cases.
